Texting time frame?

He was taking a long time to reply 12hrs, and would view my messages but take hours to reply. I told him not to feel obligated to talk to me as I don't like to waste my time or others, though i said it in a more polite manner. He said he enjoys talking to me and continued the conversation. Honestly I don't know what this means why would he take so long to reply and read my messages but not respond for hours. We both have vry similar career ambitions in the same field and family goals. There is a 6hr time differene and I do always account for this.

From my experience men and texting don't go together. My advice is that if you want something meaningful then you should establish a good relationship with men , can be platonic at first, in real life. Then texting would be just a mean to not lose contact.

I'm sorry, but if someone had time to "read" your message, but no time for 12 hours to "reply" that would seem like not much interest to me...
