Slightly older male coworker talks to everyone but me. Im disturbed by him now. What is going on?

He seems a bit shy but still he talks to everyone so really how shy can he be? Now me? I have self diagnosed aspergers and am extreme shy and people call me awkward. I get bullied by men at work. I fear this guy is not talking to me because he realizes im different and doesn't want others associating him with me.

I'm sorry that you feel left out or frustrated with the way others may or not may think of you. Try to adopt this train of thinking: What anybody thinks about us is none of our business. Our business is what we think about ourselves. Do you like you?
No matter how much we try, there will always be some people who don't like us and that is simply because not everyone thinks the same. People believe and think different things.

Example: I could treat people who treat me mean with kindness and I'm getting better and better at it; and it makes me so happy. But there will always be people out there who think I am weak or a fool because I choose to be the bigger, stronger person and refrain from negativity.

We are all involved in different ways of thinking. So all you ever have to worry about is whether you like you. I promise you that no one is so perfect that they can judge another without being a hypocrite. We all have room to grow. So don't let people who are just as unperfect make you feel low. This reminds me of what the Word of God says about taking the speck out of another's eye but not seeing the log in your own! So I agree with you on that. God is the best judge. And I am also trying to be nice even to those who hurt me. I applaud you for doing that and talking about it and spreading the word because often you hear people give advice that is revenge based.

I am Christian! I am actually looking for a church that actually is Christian

Nice. Are there not a lot of Christian churches? I use to go to a Christian church by myself as a boy.

I am looking for one that doesn't have a female leader/pastor. Its hard.

Oh. That's surprising; I've never seen pastors other than male. Why don't you want a female pastor?

I want a Bible-following church. Where are you?
