I’ve been friends with this guy for over 2 years. He had a crush on me but we never been together. Recently he got a girlfriend and all of his friends know about her, but when me and him speak to each other platonically one of his friends would tease him for example saying “That’s your girl” or would smile at him.
I have no idea why they’re doing it, and they’re his buddies so it’s very likely he showed them pictures of his new girlfriend.
But I don't know, they could be a little upset that he got with her and not me.
Then one time his friend said something to him and my friend said “I can’t, I’m taken already!” I later asked him what was going on but he didn’t wanna tell me.
I know it’s not necessarily my business, but whenever my name is mentioned, or his homeboys tease him and hint at me when I’m around, I wanna know what’s going on so I could try getting them to stop.
I also feel like he might still have feelings for me, and his friends know which is why they’re possibly trying to encourage him to leave her and be with me. Which is none of their business either and it’s annoying.
I tried getting him to tell me what’s up with them, but he’ll just smile and say “It’s nothing”
