Does he notice me or Not? I mean does he even like me or is it just my imagination?

I usually do catch him staring at me... and him trying to stand next to my table...
he seems nervous to talk or even ask anything, unlike others...
he looks at the guys as if paying more attention to what they are telling me..

and then he goes around talking and finding time to spend with his friend and that's a girl... I see them chatting alone and he seems quite comfortable.. what do you all think? should I make a move? or suppress mah feelings?

Make a move! If you know he likes something find a related event and ask if he wants to go with you.

Sounds like he likes you and so much he doesn't know how to open as he is afraid of goofing it up.
