I texted a guy saying I had a great time yesterday after making out, etc and that I would love to hang out again sometime. He responded almost immediately with “yes for sure!” and then a few minutes later I said “ok just let me know when you’re free” because he said yesterday he was busy most of this week. He hasn’t responded since and so I’m not sure if he just felt like there was no need for him to say anything back until he knew when he was free or what? I’m probably just overthinking as usual lol but I don't know

It could be a thing to where he’s preoccupied, or like you said, there’s just nothing else to say in response if he doesn’t have a day in mind. I’m not sure what you’re looking for, but if I were you I wouldn’t have expectations until I know what he’s looking for, because a make out session doesn’t mean he wants more, so if you were hoping he’s continue the convo and he’s not then that could be a factor..
