On our 2nd date, the guy started getting really impatient and agitated for some reason. He wanted to kiss me on the first date itself but I didn't kiss him because it was the first time I had ever spoken to him face to face properly.

The 2nd date, he was looking very cold and throughout the date, he didn't look like he was enjoying himself. He stopped talking in between to look at other people and then tried to make me jealous by pointing out to a girl across the room, who was wearing revealing clothes.
He also checked out my legs.

But after that, he hugged me and we parted ways. Months later, he keeps blowing hot abd cold.

But anyway, is this guy used to having women who kiss him or act sexy with him on the 1st or 2nd date itself? Because the irritation he was having was really odd for someone who wants to date. Rather it seemed like he was getting impatient that I wasn't acting sexy with him or being intimate with him.
