Is it normal for a man whose already in a relationship to be liking another girls pics?

I not sure if this guy at work is really friendly or he just really likes me.

He seems to get along with a lot of people at work but really the only girl he talks to at work besides his girlfriend which makes me feel a little awkward at times given he looks happier talking to me than her.

I also have a boyfriend myself who I love very much. This guy only likes posts were it's not about my boyfriend and is also always first too as well. My friends have also noticed and told me lace a trap for him.

Today is me and my boyfriends 3 year anniversary and I made a post about it on Facebook he didn't like it but as soon as I changed my profile picture to me looking really pretty by myself he instantly liked it.

I'm very flattered as he's very good looking but I have a boyfriend who I'm ready to settle down with and love so much. He should feel the same about his girl. Plus I'm 4 years older than him he needs to grow up abit

Seems like I just answered this question from the other side. LOL He's "liking" your pics, he's not leaving his girlfriend for you or asking you to abandon your boyfriend. For goodness sake, it's a "like", not a proposition, right?

I have mixed views as I know some people see it as nothing and others see it as massively disrespectful. I don't know how to feel about it but that's also what social media is there for

My relationship is an open one, but my SO and I both understand that being in a relationship doesn't mean everyone else ceases to exist on the physical plane. We're simply not threatened by admiring someone else's beauty, nor we consider disrespectful to the other person as in "how dare you think someone else looks amazing in that bathing suit". Or for me to think " are you really attracted to that guy just because he has a perfect body and a handsome face"? There are beautiful people everywhere. Someone is always hotter, but it doesn't mean squat to our relationship just because we recognize it.
