What’s the context though? He’s trying to be funny and saying a joke. His comment about your dog might’ve been because your dog looks or is doing something weird. Its not “rude” because everyone is entitled to their opinions, as are you.


Also, the comment “r/woooosh” is a reply to someone who takes their sarcasm or jokes seriously. You turned the conversation hostile very quickly, which isn’t necessary because his initial comment was a joke - a very common joke, actually. “Your ___ is broken” is a common phrase to say that something isn’t acting “normal” or they’re doing something funny or weird. I think he was being sociable and trying to start a conversation and you shut it down. If you were interested in him (which you have t given us any indication that you are), then you should have simply asked why he thought that.. odds are he has a funny take to share.

If you have a boyfriend by all means shut this type of stuff down, but if you're single live a little.

It depends on the context.

My sister sent me a photo of her cat lying on its back with it's body twisted and it's head sticking out beneath one of it's outstretched arms as if it was attached to its arm pit. Her caption was "My cat is broken" because it looked like a puzzle that had been put together wrong. It was very cute picture, though.

So maybe the guy was just teasing.
