He invited me over but not even asked what time I am arriving actually?

he has been inviting me to his city since months. Finally i said ok and i purchased my ticket to his city. He even did not ask me the exact time of my arrival. The night before i asked him which day he wants to meet; Saturday or Sunday. And his response was: up to you:) of. Of course i am not going. What u think about his answer and he is not asking any detail about my arrival?

Seems strange he didn’t even offer to pick you up from the airport or anything. How well do you you know this person? I can understand saying it’s up to you, what time or day you want to get together. He might just be trying to make sure you aren’t uncomfortable. But he could have picked you up, dropped you off wherever you were staying and then asked in person. It seems kind of strange to not make 0 effort. I wouldn’t meet that person. But I may be ignorant since internet dating seems to have changed drastically since I was dating. I mean I would never fly to meet someone I’d never met in person. It’s likely he maybe only In this to get laid. So if you didn’t fly there just for that. I wouldn’t see this person either.

Actually i know him from masters class. The thing is that you ask your friend whrn are you coming, did u buy ur ticket, everything all right. It is actually zero effort and he is the one inviting me.

Wanted you to come at one time but has really changed his min about it. He probably has his eye on something else. It is hard to tell BUT it definitely isn't right. It is really disrespectful... don't know if I would want to be involved in that full time.
