Any tips to move on while being confused?

I have liked a colleague for one and half year. I have been keeping my heart to myself after my college crush hurt me pretty bad, but I fell for my colleague. And he too sometimes shows sign that he too reciprocate my feelings but I don't want to hope anymore. And now he says he has someone he likes to other colleagues without revealing who is it. Since he has someone he likes, I want to move on but he still confuses me. So any tips to move on?
