I recently met this guy. This guy goes on dates only to expect kisses and sex on the first date or 2nd date. He checks out every woman who passes by and if a girl is wearing revealing clothes especially short skirts and dresses, he starts staring at the legs or whatever body part is exposed. He got hard when he checked me out once and was literally covering "that area" with a folder he had in his hands. He has multiple girls he texts with and sleeps with.

However when it comes to dating and texting, he NEVER initiates. He gives out his number but won't text or call until the girl starts texting and asking him to meet and thats when he makes plans. He responds quite a lot to sexy messages and meet ups for sex. With me, he tried to make me jealous 3 times by checking out other girls wearing revealing clothes.
