Like we broke up and I still love him and we thought we can friends even tho he now I still love him but he's ghosted me twice now why? What did I do wrong? I'm not upset I just want explanations...

Only he can tell you for sure, but one thing that people sometimes have a hard time understanding with exes who are now platonic friends is that you no longer have first call on their time and they don't have to be accountable to you for everything they do. That might not be what's happening in your case, but keep it in mind.

Anybody on here has no idea, we don't know him. We don't know you. But I would highly recommend that if you're dumb enough to take him back again then you deserve to be ghosted. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me
