Why do guys hate Uggs?

Okay, lol, this style started in the summer (or that's when it took off) for some reason around where I live, and snow boots in the summer, you tell me. lol. To me, it's like wearing flip-flops in the rain. But in the winter they're not that bad. but I guess I'm going to have to be the guy to say this, and probably get some sh*t for it, but I'd rather voice my opinion (it's only to help, lol), They make girls feet look chunky, lol, when they're usually not. Now I'm not saying the boots make the girl look chunky, because they don't; they just make girls feet look a lot bigger. When a pair of sneakers or shoes or just another pair of boots would just accentuate the look that the girl is wearing, so much better. And since I'm being honest, snow/ugg boots as a style just reminds me of Napoleon Dynamite. Boots like that was his thing, it's not the most attractive style.

I don't like them either D: lol. I've only seen one pair that I like and that was from victorias secrets

I don't like them because they don't show any personality at all, and also don't even look that good. I think this stems from the fact that they appear to have no utility. Even if they did, like an actual boot would, wearing leggings as pants with uggs doesn't show me that you're ready to go outside or even thinking about what you are dressed for.

This may not be a great answer, but it is what I feel.

They're ugg-ly.

It's fine if you keep them well maintained (no salt stains, no water damage, no tears) and they aren't old and super floppy. If you've got feet bigger than a size 9 it looks ridiculous.

Don't change your style just to appease a guy. There are guys out there that like girls in them.

because your wearing a rotting animal on your feet, they smell horrible and they're unattractive. they make people look like they have club feet. and people who wear them in the summer should just have they're legs severed at the knee.

Well I'm a girl and I hate them too! Like they look ok sometimes, but that's only if there's snow on the ground and you for real are cold, otherwise they look stupid. Plus it takes certain people to pull them off.

Well I am a girl and I hate uggs and I can see why guys would hate them too. They are not flattering or sexy in any way. They are a baffling trend that I do not understand. Just because they are comfortable doesn't mean that they look good.
