Why weird thing happens?

currently Im talking to a new guy, we don't flirt but more like teasing and jokes. it was fun talking to him ,

while this guy that I've known for so long (friends with benefits), our relationship become dull... he doesn't make efforts to talk about something interesting.. I feel he's getting bored of me..

so , since I met this new guy, my friend with benefit, became weird around me. his attitude changed and more weird...

I afraid if he was pretending to be someone else...

or is it just coincidence?
