Yesterday was the weirdest thing for me, I had a headache , sore throat & fatigue I slept all day & was still tried & my body was killing me. Why?

I also had hot flashes. And I would feel like I was coming down with a cold but nothing happened really. Today it calm down but why did that happen it's like a had a fever for a bit and it went away. Right now but back still hurts but not as much and I still have a headache but not as bad, & my eyes burn but not as bad as yesterday what's going on with my body. & I'll feel a little nauseous but didn't throw up? What's going on?

There is the possibility you have the flu, trying to come down with the flu, or you may have contracted a virus and your body is attempting to expel it from your system. However, there is the chance you may be in the stages of Perimenopause, coupled with anxiety over your systems and then can express themselves with the symptoms you are describing. My advice is to seek out your primary family doctor and have some blood work done and a complete physical. If it is just the flu it will run its course in due time, but if it isn’t, and especially if the symptoms persist, then you really should go see your doctor as soon as possible.
