How do you get a guy to notice you without putting so much effort?

I wish the question was clearer. For what should the guy notice you? What outcome do you want to achieve from him noticing?

Do you want the guy to notice you for your talent, intelligence, or physical looks? Why does it matter to you for the guy to notice you?

Do you want him to ask you out? Do you like him and want to be his girlfriend? Do you want a favour from him?

If you want the guy to notice you because you like him and want him to be your guy, walk straight to him and strike a conversation.

For example: Hey, I like your shoes. What brand is it? Or where did you buy it from? I would like to get something similar for my brother's birthday coming soon.

I had always been likeable when I want to between women, personally I got caught off guard for quite a few times when I find someone I don't think I had much relationship with confessing to me, my first reaction is whether they're confessing to the wrong person, except for one time the guy was someone I disliked deeply and he had to say 'I love you' three times on the day's I see him.
