A lot of women are too aggressive which comes across as masculine. And not in a good way because even men tend to have the self control not to be out of control/over the top rude/disrespectful to people over minor issues or without a really good reason. It seems like these women are imitating what they think it means to be 'strong' but from a traditional male pov, real strength is having self control. So even tho he can crush your skull with 1 hand he doesn't. But a lot of women are used to doing actions & thinking about whether it was a good idea or not after the fact. This generally applies to anyone (male or female) who lacks self control tho.

So standing up for yourself in a way that is reasonable/proportional to the situation you're in is more important than just being able to make a scene/be rude to others.

If you respect yourself it's a good chance that you will get respect. What do I mean by respecting yourself? It's not about what you say but how you act. If you act like your body is a trashcan/urinal you won't get respect. But in these modern times people often don't even call it respect. Another way of putting it is that men won't take you seriously if you don't take yourself seriously.

I respect women like that, sure. The only problem with women like that is IF/WHEN (and I emphasized "if/when" because not all fiesty women are like this) they are immature and interpret everything as disrespect.

Immature women like that are a huge pain in the butt to deal with. The women who actually know how to act and don't interpret everything as disrespect are quite pleasant to deal with.

I imagine most men admire a woman who is assertive. A woman who can stand her ground if she needs to.

But many men would probably run a mile from a woman who's the "fighting type', because that's toxic behavior and an immature approach to deal with a situation

I think I would like and respect a woman who was feisty and assertive, as long as she was a reasonable person. As long as she doesn’t just get worked up for no reason, feistiness makes a woman a bit more interesting.

It depends on what you mean by feisty, and the fighting type, because that's too subjective to judge by your words here. But in general I would say it's a bit unfeminine and unattractive for my tastes. I prefer ladies with a sense of class and humor.
