Also, to note, he follows a lot of younger girls around my age on Instagram who are attractive. I don’t know if I’m his type. I’m cute and in good shape but not like a total like extra bombshell knockout.

There's a difference between following them on Insta and asking them out (as someone who does occasionally date much younger women, I can tell you that I am careful about who I ask out). Cute and in good shape is attractive to older guys, so don't sell yourself short.
