I blame two reasons why it sucks in the dating world for men and why most women find the average man to be ugly. I downloaded tinder and deleted it just now because I look like just another desperate guy because there’s so many thirsty dudes.
1. Feminism is actually a female supremacy movement. Women now see themselves as better than men instead of as an equal due to feminist movements. This is not an equal rights movement but a supremacy movement. So now they see men as lower social status.
2. Men are too desperate and thirsty. This is pretty self evident and needs no explanation. You already know what I am talking about.
Why are guys so thirsty? When are we going to start respecting ourselves?
OK first: Yes women can also go too far with this stuff. Like for example I do not think there should be any rules or pressure to have the same average pay for men and women or to have the same percentage of men and women in different types of jobs or different job levels, I think everybody should have the opportunity, but lets say 70 percent of men are willing to do a type of job and only 20% of women are, I would expect there to be 3-4 times as many men as women in that type of work. I do not think we necessarily need to get more girls interested in it it is ok if it is different, vs sometimes it is like we try to make girls feel guilty if they aren't interested in math based jobs. The reason I say that is, like in my case, I want to be a kindergarten teacher and or a stay at home mom eventually and for that to happen I need my fiance (eventually husband) to be able to take care of us and for that to happen he needs to be able to get the kind of job that will allow that, and if he did not get a job he needs, it would hurt me along with him. He does have that kind of job so far but thinking about the future, if he loses out then I lose out. I am not interested in politics but that is one thing I will say, I think a lot of women feel the same.
OK as far as guys "respecting themselves" and not being thirst. Obv. anything can go too far and some guys do, but I think guys pursuing girls is like a natural law and if guys suddenly stopped pursuing girls we might go extinct. That energy is important and yes sometimes it gets ridiculous but overall saying that guys should stop pursuing girls is like saying that fish should stop swimming it just doesn't work that way.
So at what point if you approached enough people with 0 success would you stop? 30 messages a week? 100? Do this over the course of 3 months to a year and you will understand why a guy would stop. There just has to be a point where he concludes it is hopeless, and no longer worth the amount of effort, not to mention, his hard earned cash.
@Jimrat86 As an individual you can do whatever you want I am just saying that guys as a group will always pursue women and basically have to just due to human nature. But to give advice about your specific situation I would suspect there is some combination of these things going on. Maybe you are contacting the wrong girls for you, or maybe you are contacting them in ways that are not effective. I would need more info to have specific advice.
1.1. There is good feminism who are truly for equality (I would count myself) and then there are femals who use the word feminism for their advantage and like you explained, they're usually the ones who scream the loudest and like the karens in this world
1.2. Women came to the realization that we're not financially dependent on a man. In the past women had to marry a man, to move out, create their own household, women weren't allowed to work and get their own money aka needed a husband to provide for them! But nowadays, women can be independent and we do realize that and want marriage for love and not as a tool for survival
It's the same issue you have with anyone who's gender or race has been historically viewed as inferior. They get an education, they get the right to vote, the right to call the cops instead of getting disciplined properly, and then... guess what... the inferiority complex remains, so they act like big shots to compensate for it.
So true. We live in Simp Nation and simps get everything they deserve. This is why so many non-simps are just walking away from women or just using them recreationally.
1. As a female I agree with you on the first point, I find that it's not my place to comment on the second one.
I know a lot of feminists and it has changed from what a man can do I can also do just as well, to I can do better. That is flawed. The whole movement existed to make women equal, not suppressors. Men are not allowed to have problems especially mental that makes them weak and thus unattractive. While a woman having problems is fine and her voicing it makes her brave.
They are call's for more female engineers or architects but not a call for more female bricklayers or any other back-breaking work. I am a school teacher and last week a little boy in fifth grade had all the girls in his class gang up on him for apparently taking too long to take his lunch order, the boy cried and the other teacher immediately asked the boy if he did indeed take too long, he was treated like a culprit and not the victim that he was. Nothing was done, yet if the roles had been reversed, we all know what would have gone down. parents called in and a school wide assembly on bullying etc.
I agree with the first point, but for the 2nd one - can't comment much on it cause I'm not a man haha. But yeah good question, when will men start respecting themselves?
I saw a post here someday about how women "act like they want it then complain when they get what they asked for". And it was by a guy I just thought it was such a fucked statement. Firstly men should stop objectifying women like we are their PS5s because we are not. If you see me dressed in shorts & a vest, it's not a call for you to catcall or whistle at me. You are someone's son, husband, brother, etc so why is it so hard to just look away. I also blame the men who father children and then proceed to not be there for those children. A lot of things go wrong in homes where there is no father role.

feminism is not the issue, women were not consider equal before but mans property so that is why there was rise of feminism; men are more to blame for this situation as you well noticed cause they act desperate and creepy. Men also dont care enough about themselves, if they only work out, dress nice, shave, have nice haircut, are clean... yeah it would increase their attractivness

Through out time Many Christian’s and Catholics and all religious People have tried to Deny sex and Masturbation and all Who have tried have failed. I don't know, but I know if I use a photo of myself as a profile pic, the messages come flooding in. Take the photo off and the messages instantly stop.
