Guys, How do you tell a guy at work you're keen?

I always have a good conversation/banter with a guy at work.

We get along really well & we've hung out twice on our own. I've only been working there 3 months.

One was dinner & the other was drinks at a bar.

The one at the bar was two weeks ago.

I'm not sure if he likes me or not. He hasn't touched me on the arm or not even a kiss on the cheek.

Our whole office is having a big party next week. He's going.

I'm going to wait when we've had a few drinks.

If I came up to him & put my arm around his shoulder or waist, would you notice that's a sign or would you think that's just being friendly if you've had a bit to drink?

I don't want to put it near his ass, cause I don't want the workplace to know or embarrasse him.

How do I make a move to tell him I'm keen?

Well my general suggestion to women trying to make a move is to half-jokingly ask them, "Are you ever going to ask me out?" Although it may work better for people in their twenties but it may work for you, and the excuse of being intoxicated will at least make it seem more natural. That said, if you haven't already, make damm sure he's available as it could tank your work life if he's not.

Wear a skirt, then talk to him for a while sitting at the bar. When you are ready to make your move, excuse yourself to the ladies room. Take off your panties and wad them up in your hand. When you get back discreetly place the panties in his hands. He will never forget it.
