Basically when I was working during the summer- I met a guy (named J) who I only had one shift with to have him request to follow my on instagram?
Here’s the story! (a narrowed story!)
My friend and I both decided to try out a job as a waitress!
At work- I had many shifts with his older brother who was such a wonderful and funny friend to me- I was way comfortable around him!
My friend on the other hand, had most shifts with “J” and always told me he was the centre of attention aka all the girls would drool over him! - you would think he will love the attention but surprisingly! He was just a quiet and mysterious guy who wouldn’t talk as much!
To be honest- when she told me all of that ^ I wasn’t so phased! Because no.1 I never had a shift with him
no.2 I was too happy with the people I worked with all the time!!!
Until…
I had a shift with “J” ?
As my friend told me how he was “quiet” and would just not “talk that much”
I was like “hmm” maybe I can try and talk- “it won’t hurt right…?”
Here are my interactions with him:
J and I were in the back room and I told him “there’s a resemblance of him and his older bro” I forgot what he replied with!
But the DUDE just put his water down and walked out …
I complimented his physique BUT I didn’t know it was flirting?- because as soon as I said that- the other girls were saying how “my game was weak” but I didn’t mind because I wasn’t even trying to flirt 😭🤣
There was a moment where he asked me where I go to school but it died short because the manager came
And that’s pretty much it…
I came out that shift thinking “hell nah” I tried but there is no friendship with J
BUT TELL ME WHY-
The next day J requested to follow me on insta?
likeeee ok I might be over reacting but I didn’t expect it
also my name at work- is just my nickname
So the fact- he found my name out?
