Guys, is he no longer interested?

I recently Hooked up with a guy, and I was out walking and he passed me riding his bike on his way to work. I am fairly certain he spotted me on the empty sidewalk (was not far from my house) and as he passed he looked down. Would you say he is no longer interested? (For him his bike ride is also him working out and training for races so it’s not like he was going slow he was going about 20mph)
