When I confronted him about it he said he had deleted his social media profiles which is a lie because my friend found him, he then said it was weird I was asking him why he blocked me.

When we was seeing eachother he would always try and make me jealous by telling me had other girls after him.

One time he told me to move on so I did and when he tried to meet up again with me I told him I had a boyfriend and he replied with “you’ll always like me, he will never be me and I bet he’s ugly”

Before he has said to me how I can’t just decide when I want him as he is too good to be treated like that.

Seems to me that he's into you but for whatever reason, he seems to stay with you even tho you don't like me while no sane guy would do that. I also didn't liked that "you’ll always like me, he will never be me and I bet he’s ugly". WTF? He's either trolling or what's wrong with him? Play stupid games to win stupid prices.

The only logical explanation I can find is that he blocked you because:

A) He can't take to watch you other guys

B) Realized that he is stupid and wants to change and get away from you (which is still not so nice as he offered an explanation I think) and stop playing games and get a girlfriend.

If he cut all contact with you and didn't reached out to hung out or have sex, then it may be the second case. If he blocked you but called you on phone, wanted to keep meeting, it is the first one.
