A guy who says that when you just men is just trying to get laid. Whether it's true or not to him is irrelevant (it could be true for him, or could be just a line) - all that matters to him is getting into your panties.

If he was interested in YOU as a person, then he'd have been having a real conversation with you, rather than just telling you that you were hot.
