I'm half Norwegian, a quarter polish and a quarter Iraqi. A person told me I looked Jewish and I feel very offended. Jewish? Like ugh fuck that's such an insult. That's just another way of calling me ugly basically lmao

It's a weird thing for someone to say but it really depends on how and why he said it. If he's antisemitic then you probably would have picked up on that and wouldn't be asking the question. I know there are stereotypes but there's really no such thing as someone "looking" like they belong to one religion or another. A person can be more or less beautiful to others but their religion doesn't factor into it. Why do you see it as an insult?

It's only an insult if you've got a problem with Jews (or with "looking Jewish") Whether or not it's an insult depends entirely on whether or not a person is racist.
