Why do men have normal convos with every other girl but with me they stare intensely in my eyes long time and flirt and play with me?

Clearly they think I’m some dumb blonde type and don’t want to marry me at all. I see how the same men at my job now flirt to me and stare me up down or my eyes and then I see how they have full on regular convos with other girls. It’s fucked up. My thoughts do not matter. I’ve actually tried saying normal stuff sometimes like talking about the job but it went over this one older man’s head.

But it truly could just be those guys. Keep trying to have normal conversations. And if they continue to not respect you, don’t give them the time or energy. And keep working on finding friends who respect you and will engage in deeper conversations with you.

I’m so sorry to hear that. Have you considered talking to your companies HR department about that? Bullying at work is never ok and any good HR department will get involved and put a stop to it.

Ironically I’m an introvert so the idea of keeping trying to say normal stuff when gifts talk to me is draining. Like I’m just tired and I’m so over it.

If I were in your position, I’d talk to the Human Resources (HR) department or look for another job. There is absolutely no reason anyone should be getting bullied at work.
