Guy's Behavior

The man of your dreams shows every sign of being into you, but you met too late, he's already married. What would you do?

I met the man of my dreams and saw a ring on his finger. I decided I will do nothing about it because he is married. He started showing interest. Shows every sign of not being a player, but actually being really interested in me. He is married to someone he cannot have children with which is probably why he's in a crisis. I cannot tell if he's sincere and I certainly don't want to break the girl code. I am also emotionally torn. I have been avoiding him very hard but we have to see each other quite often and he shows signs of being hurt. He hasn't admitted his feelings to me, so I have decided to be oblivious. But I can tell the pull is strong and I don't know why I am feeling so unhappy in this impossible situation. Why did he have to show up in my life when it's already too late? I don't want him to leave his relationship with the assurance of my feelings. He should only do it if marriage is not working for him, not otherwise. He seems to like her but there is clearly something wrong because he shows every sign of being deeply into me too. He knows I am too conservative to have an affair and he doesn't show any signs of just wanting an affair. It's not purely lust but I can tell he thinks I am beautiful. I don't want to get pulled into drama, so I played dumb and to not notice but now my feelings are getting entangled. What advice do you have for me so I don't get hurt?
