When I was in college, there was a guy in the dorm who could do that. He would look out his dorm window and hide behind the curtains, and belch at people as they walked by just to see their reaction. LOL

I can spam it, I actually haven't done it in a while, it's a specific way you breath in and then you can push it out and it sounds like a burp.
