So my boyfriend (this is his first relationship) and I, we were hanging out and I went in for a hug and sat on his lap. I was facing the front and he started sliding his hand down my left arm and placed it on my waist, he tried wrapping his arms around my stomach but then just placed it on my hands. I'm so confused what happened, did he not like me sitting on him or what?

If you were sitting on his lap he may of just wanted to cuddle/hug you but maybe he thought you felt uneasy or nervous or he may of been nervous
