Some guys like strong girls. Are you muscular? If so he probably likes muscular women and wanted to see your bicep flex and test your strength. its also possible he was as others have said just trying to flirt with you the same way guys did in junior high when they would challenge a girl to an arm wrestle its one way to get to hold your hand for few minutes and its physical at the same time with out any outwardly sexual over tones. i have always enjoyed arm wrestling with strong girls. i have even lost a few times to some that were exceptionally strong. I also find it sexy when a girl has muscles such as her calves when wearing high heels or the way her biceps flex when doing her hair. Everyone has their thing. Arm wrestling is harmless fun unless you get some meathead that thinks he has something to prove by being able to slam a females arm down to the table and if thats the case you'll know right away he's an ass and you can move on.
It's very possibly all that he's good at and he wants to impress you so he can touch you inappropriately.

Spontaneity. You should try it more, it's surprisingly fun.
My crush also wants to arm wrestle with me.. no other girls.. he even compliments me that I'm a strong girl.. but I'm also confused whether he likes me or not.
