I was at a party and I had spilled seltzer all over my dress so I went to go change and my friend told me just to go into her room and throw on a jumper and yoga pants, i walked in without second thought and lifted my dress off without realising their was a guy sittting on the floor. trying to make a phone call I laughed it off and the next day I apologised to him and he said “don’t worry seen a lot worse”

It was probably a poor choice of words on his part. What he probably meant was that he has previously had girls expose themselves in ways that were even more revealing. He probably did not mean that he didn't like what he saw.
