So I met this guy at work who is actually 13 years older than me and its my superior (i work directly for him). I really like him but im not sure it he likes me back or its just super friendly. A couple of days ago we started talking about my birthday since it was approaching and he asked me what I was going to do, and that if i had a special someone to spend my birth day with. I told him no and that i was just going to hang out with friends. He then bought me a little vending machine cupcake for my birthday. We always the night shift, and he buys me snacks and he even brought me a chocolate the other day. He has his own office and i have mine, bur whenever there is nothing to do he comes to my office and we just talk about our lives. He has my phone number and we were talking one time and I jokingly said I dont want to work anymore that Im tired and just want to quit and be a homestay girlfriend and he started telling me that i should quit and that i am very young still and he said “and you are so pretty, so you still will have so much time to find someone”. Then yesterday put of nowhere he just send me a text message asking me how am i doing? We talked for a little bit but that was it. Then in some occasions we joke around at work and he touches me, like grabs my neck or my ear. I just don’t know if he likes me or he is just being like really friendly and sees me as a little kid or something since he is 43 and im still 28.

From what I know, men text girls with purpose unless it’s necessary work related questions. Since its casual convo and about life and a lot of it too, he possibly is attracted to you.
