Why are men always so disinterested in me?

For some reason men label me as uninteresting as soon as I introduce myself. Even at work I noticed that even if I show interest in getting to know them they don't reciprocate and don't bother to ask even work related questions.

With other coworkers they are much more charming and animated and ask personal questions and show interest in getting to know them on a personal level. With me they avoid eye contact or stare with a slightly annoyed or blank expression when I pass by.

What could be the reason that everyone assumes I'm boring? I know I'm that boring because their conversational topics, hobbies and ideas are not more interesting than mine. Is it maybe just my looks?

You ask questions, but you probably aren't providing enough details about yourself for the men to think to ask questions about you.

I once dated a girl who absolutely loved talking with me and loved to ask me questions and was always very receptive to conversation, but could not answer a question to save her life. I think it was partially because she felt like she didn't have interesting answers, but at a certain point, she also just never had anyone ask her the kind of stuff I was asking. She would just give non-answers to things.

I like to say that there's a huge difference between being a boring person and simply having never been asked to be interesting.

So where do your interests lie? Don't look to make friends with whom you don't share any interests. Join clubs or groups with other people who share your interests. Work relationships generally suck anyway.
