Why does he stare at another woman while I'm with him?

Why does this guy who's talking to me keep looking at another girl while in conversation with me? He would literally have his arms around my waist and then turned around to face her direction and stare at her while I'm with him. It's always one particular girl as well. He always stares at her. Is he not into me?

Him looking at other girls isn´t a sign that he´s not into. Him constantly about other girls would rather be one. The issue in this situation that as a guy there is a need or something that makes a guy look when he sees a woman he considers attractive. The issue is that guys regularly have a different definition of looking and staring since a woman´s time span of what she sees as looking is way shorter than the guy´s definition.
So I wouldn´t say that looking in itself is a sign that he´s not into you because a guy I regularly see many pretty women and as quickly I see them I forget about them if I don´t see them over and over again.

He's very rude and self centered. Find a guy who enjoys looking at you, and will focus on you.
