What to do with my crush who is very shy?

He s not a shy guy normally but with me he starts stuttering and so on.

last time he came around but as soon as I tried to talk to him he was answering to the guy close to me LOL.

why this? How to proceed?

He's really probably just nervous around you. That could be a sign that he has a thing for you too. I used to get anxious around someone I liked. I'm not shy of anything but still I would get nervous. Sounds like what is happening here. Best thing you could maybe do is approach him when he can't then talk to someone else and has to respond to you. I don't mean corner him or anything but go up to him when he is by himself. Might be the best way to get a conversation going with him. Good luck!

Yeah he’s sociable and extrovert with people around. Talking to all other girls normally so for sure there s something. He s blushing and so on when around me :)

I ll try this but the problem is that I see him in a professional environment as he works in a restaurant I often go.
