Why a boy always stare at me untile I dont look away?

boy who was study with me since childhood after covid in class 9 he staring at me but i dont notice that much in 10th i mostly catch him staring at me without any expresion but he dont look away , if other boy was standing witout notice me and dont give space to go he shout at them let her go , he also push them once it happen 3 times he always talk in nonverbal communication and instead of call by name he touch me , in class he only talk to me for seeing my notes and returned it very quickly , he ask me the time , one day i dont notice and we bump into each other we both say sorry at same time after that he ask me are u hurt or okay? , i am a single girl in my class who doesn't talk to boy until there is something urgent , when i talk to any male either teacher or student he stare at us , I dont know what is going in his mind sometime he give me attention sometime not? What should i do? Many new boys in our class also stare at me also i dont know why i dont think i am beautiful but student as well as teacher say i look smart, good, and have nice voice one of my senior also tell i look cute to my friend (female), girls in my class always jealous of me and also praise me i dont know whats going on i was so much confused , Please help me by telling me the reason and advise.
