In the title. If you found out some girl you barely spoke to managed to find your socials and you haven’t seen her in years, but she was stalking your social media by getting her friend to add you, what would you think? It is creepy? Is it weird? What would you think about her?

He didn’t do much on social media… and he adds randomers so it’s not really spying. I just wanted to learn more about him to get the mystery out of the way and turns out he wasn’t my type.

Because I know his brother, and see him regularly and it’s still made things awkward because we’ve not spoken about it. You know if you ask actual questions without projecting, things would

I get that it shouldn’t be through social media, I didn’t need to know deep information about him. Just very general information like the fact that he is a big party boy, drinks a lot and a player was enough to make me realise we aren’t compatible. Pictures are worth a 1000 words and especially the frequency one does these things. I have no regrets, at least not for finding out what I needed to before I made myself more available to him and got my hopes up. It’s a bummer he found out but it’s better than wasting my time on someone who wouldn’t have taken me seriously anyway.

The drinking is an issue as I don’t drink and never will. He comes from similar family values as his brother doesn’t but he does. I don’t want my kids growing up with a parent that does, so why give it a shot? Pretty valid point

I wouldn't think anything about it until I understood why she was doing it. It could be innocent surveillance to find out more about me. Or it could be for later manipulation purposes.
