Why would a guy stroke my palm?

I work in a shop and when a guy handed me a coin (I know him) he placed it with his palm touching my palm and he stroked his palm across mine. What does this mean?

Guys who can't ask you out are weird or he was a creepy guy who just wants you not a relationship trying to make feelings by doing so.

Just a silly joke based on a funny scene in that movie: Kirk gets beaten up by a huge alien, when he notices that alien's "knee" and kicks it. The alien breaks together in pain and Kirk mentions to the others that luckily he noticed its knees. Martia then informs him that was not his knee, but his genitals.
That weirdo going after your palm somehow reminded me of that scene. :-)
