Everyone's eyes can glance to anything. And if you say you have never looked at anyone without any consent, You're lying because you're not blind. Just like talking to cashiers, you don't need a consent to look at them if you buy something.

Nothing no one does it for themselves maybe besides trying to be Healthy. Men wear nice clothes to look appealing to other women and yes maybe a bit to look good but mainly to get attention same with women. If that was the case women would just wear baggy sweat pants when they go to the gym for instance. But no they wear booty shorts and tight leggings that shows their ass. Women love attention but only from men that they find attractive. Its only creepy if they ugly
