What does it mean when a guy on Tiktok who knows me reads my comment on Tiktok Live and smiles at it but doesn't say anything?

I kinda know this guy and he knows me. We are not too close at all. He regularly goes on tiktok. I met him on there. Anyway, when he went on Live I wrote something and he didn't respond to it but he smiled at the comment instead. However, he did reply to all the other comments he received.

I don’t think it means anything only because if he doesn’t have many people on his lives and trying to gain traction, he’s going to acknowledge his regulars in some way. If you’re in his chat often and engage, he notices of course but I genuinely don’t think it’s flirtatious or meant to give you that impression. It’s like that themepark shark steamer, he’s fairly attractive and gets a couple regular girls in there he addresses and exchanges chat with but that’s the extent. It’s nothing special.
