It matters cuz when we first started talking he asked me if I was talking to someone else he set the tone. So to hear he not following it is funny. And it's not a matter of are you talking to someone else but someone I know that's messy. So I asked for clarity

To an extent... I was hearing he was communicating with another female. He claimed it to not be true. I told him I feel the situation is messy given I know this female and basically said with everything we will probably just have to be friends because this is a lot. I expected him to defend the situation since in the past he claims he don't like the girl and he likes me so much but he didn't say anything. It made me feel like maybe he never liked me fr. Maybe he was playing.
