Why is my friends with benefits suddenly having trouble staying aroused? he used to go for multiple rounds, but now he seems to get soft easily?

I have a friend with benefits that I have been seeing for a few months now every couple of weeks. Things started out hot and heavy, like he couldn't get enough, but lately he hasn't been performing the same. We get started and he only stays aroused a short time, I am not even sure if he is finishing most of the time, it is so quick. He usually comes over, we snuggle, watch a movie, have sex a few times in between and then fall asleep. Last time, I couldn't even get him hard, I tried everything, he insisted he could only get hard if he could go down on me -so I let him- but it still seemed lackluster.

He initiates the hangouts, so I know he wants to come over. He is also 13 years younger than me (22m/35f) so I know it's not his age.. I feel like at 22, he should be non-stop! What is happeningggg?
