I’ve been having an affair with a married man for 7 years, I’m completely in love with him, I’ll do anything for him, I’ll risk anything for him, he’s all I think about and all I want. He’s always said he will never leave his wife, and I know he loves her. He’s never said he loves me, although he’s aware I love him. He cares about me, and shows affection, it’s only been sexual for a short time, so I refuse to believe it’s all for sex. Our connection is deep, he says he can’t talk to anyone like he can me, I know more about him than his wife. He’s a dedicated father, and part of me believes he won’t leave because of the children. Is it possible be could love me back, would he know if he did, would he avoid telling me bcus he’ll think I’ll expect more from him. We speak daily, he’s my best friend, if he wasn’t serious in some way about me would he keep me around for 8 years?
