Guys, Why don’t guys ever ask me to split the bill on the date?

I feel like there’s a lot of discourse right now about this and some women complaining that men ask them to split but I haven’t had this occurrence. Is it a bias thing?

I wouldn't if I were dating you. If you wanted to take me out sometime that would be fine, but I hate accounting during dates. I'm pretty well paid, so that's another reason -- the cost of a date means less to me than it does to most of my dates.

They should have to ask you to. You should offer. Put yourself in a guy's shoes... how would you feel about having to ask someone to pay yheir half?

Men shouldn't have to ask. Aren't we past that? Come on women, be better.
