So guys are so hard to read sometimes and us girls spend a lot of time overthinking and trying to understand all the actions. my question is how to tell a guy being friendly or flirting (it's so hard to tell so how is eye contact different, is there something with a girl you were attracted to that you wouldn't do with a friend etc)

If a guys not interested, your interactions will all be very short and he will find ways to end them fast.

I guess another clue is that he will be unconcerned by you. Here meaning, he won't be either interested or disinterested. Though it doesn't rule out that maybe changing.
