We met 2 months ago, he texts me everyday or almost everyday since then. He calles me about three times a week, talking about us, what he wants to do in future, what his family is doing. Flirting with me and comforting me when I am sad and being sweet, attentive and affectionate to me.

Does that mean he is seriously interested in me?

He wants you to be his friend, and that is it. If a guy is not expressing desire by the two days you speak to him, it's safe to assume he wants to be your therapist and not your boyfriend. Will he regret this later on? maybe.
