He wanted inviting?

We spoke about taking a holiday together. (Me and this guy I'm seeing) a few months later I mentioned the holiday again and I said "do you still want to take that trip?" And then he replied "if you invite me."

I'm a little confused why he wants me to invite him if we had this planned a while ago?

He will give some weird answer if I asked. He's an oddball in general and I don't think he has much relationship experience

In that case maybe it's just his way of wanting to be sure you really want him to go with you. I suggest you invite him.

I did invite him after he said that and he said yes. Do you think he's insecure or just unsure? Still baffled cause I told him so many times that I wanted the holiday.

maybe he wants a more serious and committed plan... and not just being asked once in a blue moon

He's actually pretty difficult to make any plans with. He's lazy with that side of life.

will probably leave all decision making to you because he's more comfortable with that

I stayed round his apartment one time and every morning after he got dressed he would turn and ask me how he looked. I'm not used to men asking me how they look.

Sounds kind of weird. I would have a long sit down with him and work out the details. Are you sexually involved with him.
