Is it really true that boys will grow to instinctually love short hair on women but instinctually get disgusted by long hair if those boys were raised in a culture where females have short hair and where males have long hair?

Well depends, by the sound of it and with the "new generation" building, sounds like going more after the "short hair" rather than long, they like the "boy'ish" look, so these "boys" they might tend to be bisexual, in my "era" (i'm not young by the way), was the other way round, we used to Adore, Worship, Cherish a woman with Rich cappilar Jewelery, Today the short hair girls/women can also "compensate" their looks with other facial characteristics, such as eyes, smile, look, etc. This is Only my POV, i don't know about others.

Feminists do their best to convince women to do things to make themselves less desirable to men, because they don't want men and women working together or having families, and so they make up lies to try to justify this behavior, and gullible women believe it. No, you don't "learn" instinct- that's what "instinct" means; you're born knowing it. It's certainly possible that a guy raised in a place where shorter hair on women was the norm would be more likely to find it attractive, but instinct tells him longer is better, for two reasons:

1. it's a sign of strength and health, because she's routinely had enough food to keep it growing, despite the (minor) obstacle it poses to that, and
