What are signs a guy is not as hideous as he thinks he is?

I always have an internal voice that tells me I’m hideous. I know some girls always worry about guys hitting on them but some like myself that would never be a thing because our brain naturally tells us how repulsive we are. I feel like I make women vomit in their mouth when they see me

a good looking person would get comments and a hideous person would too.

People always look at themselves differently from what other people see because they see themselves in the mirror everyday and take the time to do so.
