A lot of men want traditional women, but a lot of men aren’t doing the same traditional things as women they want they rather pay someone else to you’re not building a house like my grandfather or being an electrician or handyman service job my father knows how to work on my car
At the end of the day, I still have a daddy I don’t need you to be mine too unless you want I like the idea of partnership relationship where we’re both bringing some thing to the table.
A woman cannot have a child and work cook and clean take out the trash. Fix the transmission.
She can do it if she has to, but help her that’s all.

I think the world or western society whatever is kind of messed up because in someways we are stuck in the past and we’re not adapting to what’s going on with the world now.
We have to adapt to the economy, and honestly, it takes a traditional modern approach in relationships, marriages going forward. I as a woman would much rather not put the mental stress on my partner to carry the entire household on their shoulder. Kids are expensive is living is expensive. whatever communication
There are plenty of men like that - women just don't see them - they look through them as if they are invisible. Why? Because they aren't going to be the guys in Finance with the huge house and the huge income, and they're probably not going to look like they just stepped out of a CW prime-time TV show either. They're the mechanics, the drywallers, the truck drivers, the HVAC guys, the electricians, etc. They are the blue-collar workers that most women think they're too good for.
The guys with degrees from big schools who work in air-conditioned offices may make a lot of money, but most of them are useless - they can't tell you which end of a hammer to hold, and if you tell them you need a left-handed screwdriver, they'll spend an hour looking for one. These guys have often never changed a tire, much less built something from scratch - much LESS built enough things to actually get good at building or fixing things, and doing so SAFELY.
In my job, I work almost exclusively for well-off and sometimes outright rich people who largely can't do anything themselves, which is why they hire me. They may make more money than I do, but most of them are completely useless outside of an office (there are a couple of exceptions, but they're definitely exceptions). In most any disaster, these guys - despite their plentiful money - would be useless. I've literally seen them endanger their own families plenty of times. In some cases, I have pics to prove it.
I know plumbers and electricians who make $150k/year or more, and I've seen plenty of women turn their noses up at those guys because when they see them, they've got on dirty jeans and work boots, instead of a shirt and tie.
I have no idea why some women think they can pick and choose from the entire spectrum of characteristics and think they can get all of the ones they like - and none of the ones they don't - in a single man. That's not how it works, and if you are holding out for that, you'll be single forever. If you want a man who knows how to build, knows how to repair, and knows how to solve problems that exist outside of a spreadsheet, then you are looking for a blue-collar man, and such men come as a package, and you need to accept the whole package, because they aren't available a la carte.

There are certainly more traditional men than women. The only reason there are fewer traditional men today than in the past is because women have changed, and most men who don't want to remain single their entire lives have been forced to change too. It was never men who wanted to see women no longer knowing how to cook, no longer wanting to have a family, and most of the ones who do become mothers are not real mothers. They are happy to pay daycare workers to raise their children for them. Is it any mystery why society is so fucked up these days?
You as a woman would rather not put the mental stress on your partner to carry the entire household on his shoulders? How about not putting on him the stress of financially supporting his family AND all the other things that women handled in the past? A man used to come home from a long day's work to a clean household and a homecooked meal. Now he comes home to a wife who has also had a stressful day at work, the house is a mess, the laundry is not done, he has to stop and pick up pizza on the way home or pick up the kids from daycare. The kids have caught a cold because they're plugged into the chronic virus network known as modern daycare, and they haven't been given the love and attention a real mother gives them.
Society actually is adapting to the new world women have created, and it's a disaster as a result. Thanks for that.
Most men would kill to find a real woman with traditional values. So don't try to put this on us. Women have fucked things up for all of us, so own it.
They are extremely hard to find. Most are brainless zombies, like most other people these days. Too busy with social media and staring at their phones.
There are lots. My 2 close friends are both married and are in traditional relationships. They're both the sole providers.
Be aware that not everyone can provide like them nowadays though. One of them is a doctor and the other is a pretty successful entrepreneur. Most houses require dual income to be able to afford living.
If I had the money to be the breadwinner of the house and my partner wanted to be a stay at home wife, then I'd happily oblige. As long as she's happy, I'd be happy.
Also, if there is a traditional dynamic, then the girl has to actually cook and clean. They can't just expect a free ride and expect a man to be the breadwinner and come back and also do 50/50 with the housework. I think a lot of women that want traditional dynamics tend to be delusional about how it really is. They just expect a free ride.
They are out there, it's just women these days - the young ones aren't looking for that. They think they're boring or frankly, they don't fit the image they won't to portray on social media.
I'm a very independent woman. I cook, clean ca n take out the trash, give my car an oil change, change the tires. It was a boost of confidence to myself that I know and could do all of those things. But as my man first said to me when we started dating "no man is an island", it's ok to ask for help. We're partners, we're a team.
It's hard to relinquish control, some of our egos don't allow it, and I think that's what the main problem is
I just want a woman that will treat me as a person, rather than a challenge, unrealistic ideal of a man, a boytoy, or a hobby. Also, the descriptor for a "traditional modern man" differs from person to person. Because "traditional" by historic standards is "lots of money, hard working, drunk, and extremely abusive, viewing women like objects & servants, that should only speak when spoken to, and do what they are told"

I do apologize, i actually wasn't finish writing (was killing a fly and my phone hit against my wrist, posting...). When it comes to "traditional men" even in romantic terms, they are basically nonexistent with today's economy. Sure, you have your confident and hardworking men... but, in this artificially inflated economy, don't expect them to have a lot of money to go out and do things, take road trips, andbuy extravagant gifts. We are all living paycheck to paycheck and many are living with college debt. If the government focused on making sure the working class was stable (instead of having their heads up their asses, living the out of touch, rich life, bullshite, making things better only for the rich and mega corporate), we would more than likely, have a ton of the romantacized traditional men, since they would be able to provide/afford for a nice house, vehicle, family, and enjoyable lifestyle.
Understandable to your point I’ve even updated my question. I’ve already stated that in today’s economy, it isn’t realistic to believe there are traditional roles in a relationship nowadays honestly, the ideal that there’s a breadwinner is thrown out the window. Ego and pride set aside.
I’ll leave and scale back the word, traditional and simply say chivalry. Because as a daughter of a handyman, I’ve become the handy woman and I do it yourself.

I tend to look at things from an analytical point of view with multiple points of view. There is of course the historic, but the most commonly thought is the public, then logical, and then subjective. When it comes to chivalry, people are actually thinking gentlemen's rules of being kind & considerate. Actual chivalry is quite possesive, objectifying of women, and very murdery... key why chivalry is actually dead. I honestly like the gentlemens rules, but with a bit more of shieldmaiden rules
I'm not really sure where you're going with this. You want a traditional guy, that is also modern? A traditional guy expected the wife to do everything around the house whilst he went to work. Modern guys do stuff around the house and work also. How exactly can you have both, when the views are complete opposites?
Traditional means NOT providing her a car, internet, smart phone, washer, dryer, dishwasher, no expensive jewelry, not going out to eat often, she has no say in how anything is done (he makes all decisions), and she doesn't have any male friends. Is that what you mean? Or do you mean only traditional when it is convenient for the woman and benefits her like pretty much all women mean that say they want a traditional man?
You answered your own question. Men overall want traditional wives and girlfriends and that's what attracts them.
Overall western women have abandoned completely their traditional roles and moved to more of a transactional dynamic so in response they no longer attract those traditional men.
Men adapted rather quickly to the free spirit hookup culture modern feminists pushed for but not in the way women expected. You see the results daily and it's only going to get worse.
The majority of men & majority of women would agree with: husband and wife since the majority are heterosexual. You are acting like accepting others and opportunities for others somehow subverts the whole truth behind this, no it doesn’t.
I would say yes but look on a guy´s deeds not what he posts and says but on his actions. As the proverb action speaks louder than words. I´m traditional in parts and progressive in other parts.
Well i own my house and car, i have a stable job, i can pay my whole bills and we won't starve and i think that i'll be able to provide a humble life for my future housewife, that's IF i ever get married again!
I am a traditional man: I work and my wife is literally barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen. There are plenty of traditional men out there, and that doesn't necessarily mean that they know how to build a house. These men all know they have to bring their resources, their attention, and their protection to the table so the real question is: what do modern women bring to the table besides their already used holes? What do you have to offer a man that you haven't given to another man?
I think most guys would be traditional if that’s how women acted but that’s not what most girls are like now a days. If a girl has is a crazy feminist with a septum piercing, has a huge body count and is covered in tattoos why would a guy want to be traditional for that?
Why would I do something at which I do not excel when I can pay an expert and instead devote myself to my business, which generates great imcome for me?
Feminism is to blame for the decline in traditional men. If women want a traditional guy then they have to be a traditional woman.

Oh, there are many Traditional Men out here, but they no longer want to interact with 'Modern Women' as they see them not worth the time/money because they come across as entitled and their personalities suck.
